2. Be clear about what you want

Make a list of the qualities and characteristics that you desire in your ideal lover and work out what the deal breakers are. Revise and reread it every day

3. Don’t Assume anything

How do you know something is true, what proof do you have, how do you feel when you believe
it. How do you react when you think that thought, what would happen if you let it go…

4. Your word is your wand

Words are neurotransmitters. They affect you and others deeply. What kind of wand do you want to wave? One that spreads faerie dust or one that spreads do-do?

5. Sending signals – The Inside reflects on the outside –

Exercise: Do it with a friend. Get them to think of someone they dislike, or
something they hate eating and notice how their face changes. Then ask them
to think about what they ate today to clear their thoughts. Finally, get them
to think of someone they love, something they are passionate about and notice
how their body language alters. That’s what people see!

6. Picking up signals – Be Here Now Presence and Attention

it is to BE in the NOW… Let go of musing on the past or worrying about the future and stay in the moment.
